How exclusion works
No bait stations, no mystery boxes, no quarterly poison refills. Just a thorough inspection, permanent physical barriers, and honest follow-up.
1 · Inspection
A comprehensive, visible inspection of your home — full exterior perimeter and the problem areas inside — looking for gaps, rub marks, droppings, and the openings rodents actually use (not just the obvious ones). You get our findings, explained.
2 · Sealing
Every entry point gets sealed with a durable, chew-proof barrier chosen for the specific opening — a long-term solution, not a temporary patch.
3 · Trapping (if needed)
If there's an active infestation, we place mechanical and humane traps to remove the rodents already inside — no poison, ever.
4 · Follow-up verification
We return to confirm the seals held, clear the traps, and verify nothing new has opened up.
Timeline
Simple jobs (a few obvious gaps): inspection and sealing in a single visit, with a follow-up check a week or two later.
Complex jobs (older homes, many entry points, active infestation): inspection first, then a sealing visit, then trapping and monitoring over several weeks until activity stops, then final verification.
Active infestations: expect 2–4 weeks of trap monitoring after sealing, because rodents already inside need to be removed — not poisoned behind a wall.
